IOT Modesto Campus Earns Two Awards!

Institute of Technology was selected as best “Technical School ” and awarded silver medal for best “Trade School” in the Best of 209 readers’ choice awards. It takes hard work and determination to keep striving for excellence in education. These awards demonstrate we are on the right track with our educational mission. We received such an outstanding award thanks to our surrounding community and their belief in us.

With the strength of our instructors and staff, we can accomplish so much for our students’ success. We believe in our students and their goals to give back to the community through their educational journey. Such drive and strength come from the top, and we would like to take a moment to thank Campus President Ezra Salas for all he does every day.

Modesto’s Campus President Ezra Salas is originally from San Francisco, California, but Modesto has been home to Ezra, his wife Johanna, and their two daughters for the last 23 years. Ezra and his family have always been invested in serving their community. Ezra has worked in higher education for 18 years and has been a Campus President for the last 11 years. Ezra has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College and is nearing completion of his executive master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanislaus State. Ezra has experience starting new campuses, growing campuses, and maintaining compliance with all accreditation and California regulatory requirements.
