“To begin the story of my culinary adventure, Food is one of my great passions and figured it was time to get educated properly on it! Chef Molly chef scott, chef Eric, chef Jim, chef Christian and chef Kevin all worked with me closely to make sure I Was learning the correct ways of culinary school and what worked the best for me. I had a traumatic brain injury (TB1) in Sept 2015 and had memory loss and issues focusing at times. The great thing about this is that I had spoken to chef Molly about my situation and she communicated my needs to the other chefs. All of the chefs in that building turned out to be amazing people.
I want to thank the Institute of Technology in Clovis for acquiring such great-hearted and talented people!
