“Attending the Baking and Pastry program at IOT was one of the best decisions I could have made. The program offers intensive knowledge on the baking and pastry industry. I had amazing Chefs who taught me what I know and use today. After graduation I was able to obtain a paid externship. At a high end bakery; very well know in Visalia.

Baking is a non stop learning career. Everyday there is something new to learn. After a couple of years working in the bakery I was able to become one of IOTs Baking and Pastry Chefs here in Clovis. I could not only do what I love to do but also teach in the same classrooms where I was taught by passionate Chefs. As of now I am a Bakery Sous Chef at a casino. Attending IOT opened the doors to many amazing opportunities. My accomplishments and achievements are just beginning!!!!!”
