WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY DEGREE?
The nursing field is as diverse as those who serve in these critical care roles. Vocational nurses can serve under the direction of a physician or a registered nursing professional supporting vital clinical functions, including:

HOURS OF INSTRUCTION/PROGRAM LENGTH
This program is 1,575 hours and 62.5 quarter credit hours.
Full time
Classes are held Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends possible, for 51 weeks. Various shift schedules may be required for clinical rotations. See your admissions representative for available class times.
Part time
Classes are held three evenings per week with all-day Saturday clinicals, for 81 weeks. Various shift schedules may be required for clinical rotations. Part time is only available on the Redding campus. See your admissions representative for available class times.
