Not only will you learn federal and state laws regulating labor through our Modesto Human Resource Administration degree program, you will also learn those laws related to health, safety, security, recruiting, new hire orientation, payroll, benefits, sexual harassment prevention, company reviews and workers’ compensation. Additionally, our human resources program focuses on how to counsel employees on benefits and how to train front-line supervisors with regard to personnel issues.

Hours of Instruction/Program Length

This program is 1,200 hours and 91 quarter credit hours. Classes are held Monday through Thursday for 60 weeks. An Independent Study component is included. See your admissions representative for available class times.
