BAKING and PASTRY TRAINING
As a student in the baking and pastry program, you will learn from experienced instructors who will show you the secrets of crafting delicious artisan breads, cakes, specialty breads, desserts, chocolates, tarts, and torts. As a student, you will also receive a culinary kit within the cost of the program – the kit is yours to keep and use after graduation.

As a graduate of our pastry classes in California, you will be prepared to meet the certification standards of the American Culinary Federation as well as the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe certification. You’ll be well on your way to pursuing entry-level culinary career opportunities in the food service industry as a/an:
